Those cats at ToyFare may be on to something.

You walk into any Toys R Us or discount store with a McDonalds built inside it and take a stroll down the figure aisle and what do you see?

He-Man, 3 & 1/4 GI Joes, and Star Wars. And soon you'll see the good old fashion Robots In Disguise Transformers standing along side Gundam and Pokemon.

I can't be the only guy 'round here who's stoaked that I have a Faker mint on card finally. Who's excited here?

Oh yeah-it's wonderous. Grabbed Destro and my ex-girlfiend Baroness.

Sure-she's a resculpt and her name is Chameleon-but whatever.

And I have begun a plan to obtain all of the new He-Man.

Soon I will be NINE again...

I wont be satisfied until they bring back Inhumanoids toys. Anyone ever have them?

The evil that lies within, eh?

Ah god, 'Titans' figures would renew my faith in humanity. Forever.

And the new 'He-Man' toys are fucking GREAT!

Word from the newest ToyFare is that the original Japanese Anime series which inspired M.U.S.C.L.E. is coming to the US which means there's a very good chance we could be looking at a return of the tiny flesh men.

By the 80's toys I want to return are M.A.S.K. and Crystals or whatever they were called...

Bloody HELL, the new He-Man toys are out?

God DAMMIT, I hate living in a podunk town in Tuscaloosa! I went to the comic shop =and= the toy store, and saw neither hide nor hair of them =or= of the new Buffy figures. CRAP, guess that means one more reason to go to Atlanta next weekend.

Blazer that should read 'Bloody hell, the new He-Man toys are gone!' Cause I've been seeing them less and less lately during my walkabouts.

And I'm talking 'bout the second string characters. I've NEVER seen He-Man or Skeletor let along the beast packs.

As for Thundarr, I love those little Keeber Elves that came with them. I may not have Thundarr anymore, but damn Skippy do I have those smeggin' non-articulated things...

G I Joe has returned? How did I miss this?!?!?! I need to pick up some more Cobras to compete with my many Joes.

With all the talk of toys I feel like digging out all of my 80s treasures: Gi Joe, Transformers, He-Man, MUSCLE, Maybe even Battle Beasts and Sectaurs...

One question about the first line of GI Joes: did anyone have problems with the stupid hands and/or thumbs breaking off these figures? I'm serious here. The friggin' thumbs kept breaking off these folks. It was difficult to fight Cobra with a bunch of amputee soldiers.

Can't say I had that problem.

In fact in all my years of playing with them I only lost the following in battle...

- Quick Kick
- Rock and Roll
- Snow Job
- Torpedo

Alright gangstas, here we go.

The cats over at He-Man.org have scored the latest info on the ever popular Masters of the Universe re-releases.

Coming sometime between March and May will be an exclusive Toys R Us 5-pack consisting of He-Man, Beast Man, Man-At-Arms, Skeletor, and Prince Adam. Adam will be exclusive to this gift set.

Coming in July for the JCPenny's Christmas catalog will be an extremely limited gift set containing all 10 figures from the current wave of reissues and a copy of the famous William George poster that was given out at select retailers almost 15 years ago.

And Wave 2 of the reissues will street in September and will as of now consist of the infamous Battle Damaged He-Man and Skeletor, Buzz-Off, Zodac, Stratos, and Clawful.

By the power of Greyskull...

HAsbro must have shipped faulty wave 1 GI Joe's up here in Michigan. I even bought replacement Joes to take place of their wounded brethren and they too suffered hand and thumb injuries. Perhaps it was some sort of plastic leprosy.

Sectaurs were a weird entry on the action figure market. If I recall, they didn't last long. I got them mostly from the clearance racks. But they were slightly different from the others and pretty spiffy looking to boot.

I thought of another mighty action figure line: Visionaries: Knights of the Magical Light! Sing their theme song: "Visionaries, knights of the magical light. Visionaries, with magical powers they fight!" Now that stupid commercial jingle will go through my head all day. That and the A-Team action figure commercial jingle (remember it?). Aaaaaahhhhh, what creativity flowed through the 80's.
