How Strong You Are

I almost sold you up the river
Cast iron dissolve, bracing for the fallout aftershock
A grown man hides his eyes
Drop a dime in my direction
You always had the number, direct line to the heart of me
The weakness only you can see

Don’t Watch Me
Don’t Watch Me

Feeling lost at sea of who I need to be and who I really am
Reeling in another line and knowing you can’t catch what isn’t there
no matter how strong you are

Fade in on a boy trapped in the guise of man
Teeth clenched, eyes almost willing the bell to ring
Deaf by the sound of nothing
Too bold to beg for a concession
You’re out there carrying the spark, direct line to the heart of me
The weakness only you can see

Don’t Watch Me
Don’t Watch Me

Feeling lost at sea of who I need to be and who I really am
Reeling in another line and knowing you can’t catch what isn’t there
no matter how strong you are

Feeling lost at sea, I'm lost at sea

Very nice. This song has a great melody. I know I keep saying this, but you guys seriously sound better with every new song that gets posted. I think this song could be the main support for my "no vox effects" argument. The vocals on this track are super. The tight instrumentation rounds out what might be my favorite track from the new album so far.

Great work, guys.

Very nice. All of the elements of this song come together perfectly for me. I will put this among my PKG top ten.

I like this track. It's very melow which makes the track interesting. I like the lyrics. The vocals and all the instrumentals are very nice. This may be my fave track on the new album so far.

To those who commented so far, thanks. It's REALLY appreciated.

We realize how strenuous it is clicking on the link and listening to the three minutes of free music, much less gathering the strength to hit the Reply button and then typing more....WORDS to describe what you heard.

You guys are the elite. Someday, we hope to add to your ranks, tho.

Someday...

Sorry about not chiming in, but my media player has been fucked, but apparently it's feeling generous and decided to let me hear this one.

I dig it. I wouldn't go putting it in my top ten, but it's a fine song. I like the effect free vocals, and the variations on the timing. Awesome bass solo toward the end, reminds me of a Nintendo game called Kid Icarus (Not a clue why). Overall, it's good. I'm interested in seeing where it ends up on the new album.

Sweet tune! I've had it looping on my laptop for the last couple days and I really enjoy it.

Sorry to hear you aren't getting more feedback, but I know that no one in my office (with the exception of sys admin) can download .mp3 without the internet Nazis appearing on their doorstep. I suspect that most businesses operate in like fashion.

Too bad 'cause more people should hear it.

The song has two different styles which at first didn't seem to work for me, but now they seem to work.

I like the stop-and-go feel of the song in some parts. I don't know why I like that, but I just do.

Nice job.

The main part of the song is awfully repetitive, but it's so damn catchy and interesting (to me, at least) that it totally makes the song.

Good work, fellas.
