How was your surgery dude? Back on your feet yet? I saw your post to Jennifer, so I know you're at least back on the boards.

Thanks for the concern guys. Surgery went reasonably well. The mass turned out to be a hematoma/blood clot along with twisted veins and scar tissue. Yummy.

I am getting around fairly well, as you pointed out Tom I even make it to the computer every once in a while. For the most part I stay drugged up watching DVDs and playing Gameboy Advance.

Cool. Glad to hear things went well. Elizabeth just had her 6-month mammogram and an ultrasound, and everything seemed clear. This is the one-year anniversary of when they diagnosed her with breast cancer, so she was pretty nervous about the tests. She said, "Why don't the 'all clear' results make me feel any better?" I figure she'll feel better about the "clear" results when she's heard it about a dozen more times in a row.

I bet GOT is going to be milking that drug+DVD+Gameboy thing as long as he can. Anyway, great news, Dennis.

That is great news about Elizabeth Tom! Although I doubt we can really understand I don't know if the all clear results will ever really sink in with her. She probably draws more comfort from you and the little one.

Family and friends that love and care about you is always the best medicine.

Good to hear you made in out of surgery mostly unscathed. Keep up the excellent recovery methods.
