'At the Mountains of Madness'

We've been murmering about del Toro directing this juicy one for a few days now...

I just want to make sure that EVERYONE knows he is tossing this one around. I want del Toro to know that he MUST MAKE THIS FILM! (Please.)

This is the stuff that makes me sound like a blithering idiot. I need a big budget, intellectually constructed, true-to-original-material adaptation of this story.

After recently seeing 'Dagon' (which is VERY good, read my review here.) the news that this project may actually happen (I've been asking for it for years) makes me very happy.

The list of good Lovecraft adaptations can NEVER be too long.

Funny thing. Mere seconds before realizing this was Lovecraft I thought, "Why would anybody make a movie out of a D&D module?" Unless of course it was The Village of Homlet.

You think that's bad? I thought it was gonna be based on the White Flag song.
