For anyone that remembers this british T.V. series it was brilliant. I think a film version of this T.V. series would be excellent. That theme music ROCKED.

Yeah i think that would be a good idea as long as they stuck to the original style, u know all the action and kick the baddies now dont ask questions later type thing.
They did an update of this as a TV series a couple of years ago and tried to 'freshen' it up by adding a female and (no offense intended) an american FBI exchange officer...and it was utterly derisable, terrible terrible TV.

Yeah, I never really watched that NEW and IMPROVED show. The two actors looked like a couple of pretty boys. Bodiie and Doyle were HARD men.

Ur dead right there pal. Bodie and Doyle were old school 'hard' coppers but the new efforts were just there to look pretty, they had no substance to them at all, it was pure TV drivel.

Yeah i think he was the new head of MI5 but unfortunately not even he could save this from being thrown to the pits of TV hell after just 1 series.

I'd love to see Hugh Jackman and Robert Carlyle as the Professionals. Maybe Terence Stamp as their boss and no tacked on female sidekick.

yeah Carlyle would be a good Bodie not sure about Jackman maybe Christian Bale and they could have 'guest' baddies, i wold love to see Chris Walken as corrupt FBI agent or soemthing like that.

Come to think of it, I think it would be better if it was Jason Statham and Robert Carlyle or maybe Hugh Jackman still.
