As this book goes along, I keep saying ... "Oh, come on!"

A 6-mile swim through freezing water because she goes upward in the bloodstream of her mate? Oh, come on.

And, surprise ... it would be too simple. It gets more complicated than that.

Sorry! I replied to the above post without having the book in front of me and realized that what I had written about doesn't happen until after page 102. I hate to be a spoiler, so I went and deleted my post. Sorry to those of you who read it before I realized.

Not to step on your toes there, billylove, because you've done a great job thus far with this book club thingy, but would you mind if I set up a new post that covers the whole book? I'm sure that some of our members would love to get talking about the events after page 102 as I think most of us have read the whole thing by now. I'll start it out just like you have with the spoiler warning and everything. Let me know if that's cool.
