Any cartoonists in the audience?

Who out there in the whacked-up world of CHUD draws political/editorial cartoons? I draw them for my High School newspaper, and I must say that I hate it while I'm drawing them, but when I'm done, I get this great sense of pride and satisfaction. Sometimes I can draw a good cartoon in 5 minutes in pen. But, sometimes, for more technical and detailed cartoons, I have to draw them on lined paper in pencil, so I end up drawing the same cartoon about 4 or 5 times. If there are any cartoonist out there, I'm interested how long it usually takes you to pump out a cartoon. I've been doing this for 4 years now and it can take me anywhere from 5 minutes to 6 hours to draw a cartoon.

By the way, for this month's paper I drew two cartoons making fun of Saddam Hussein and Catholics! I'd post them, but I have no way of getting them on the internet.

I've been doing some. Not political, just fun.

The first would be "The Adventures of Dave, Thug Savant!" All he does is stand around and be aware of the fact that he is a drawing. He's pissed. I've done 4 episodes so far, one page each.

The comic I'm doing now is in color (markers, yay!) and it's called "Mr. B." (short for "Mad Bastard"), and half will be for my younger cousins, and half will be for me (in those, he'll cuss 'n' stuff). Not much to him: just an excuse to chronicle the adventures of an insane wrestler who breaks things and pisses people off.

Haven't gotten very far at all with "The Adventures of Cap'n Fred in Film School." Trying to figure out what to do with it.

I wish I had a scanner so you guys could see the TONS of stuff I've drawn.
