Random tip: Ice cubes. Preferably those little plastic spheres, because they can roll down her back, with only a light, sparse bit of the cold teasing the flesh. (They're also good for Magic Shell, since it doesn't dilute the sauce.)

Of course, melting ice drips wonderfully as well, especially if you heat up the large areas of skin with scratching fingernails first, lightly.
