On October 18-20, the following filmmakers will be presenting their works:
John Carpenter, Prince of Darkness-to prelude a showing of THE THING (October 18)
Larry Cohen, writer of PHONE BOOTH, preluding a showing of GOD TOLD ME TO.
Providing he can take time away from prepping THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, Sam Rami-to prelude a double feature of EVIL DEAD and EVIL DEAD 2: DEAD BY DAWN.
Up and Coming Chewer GOD GUERIELLMO DEL TORO, preluding a showing of his debut film CRONOS, featuring Hellboy's Ron Pearlman.
Special Effects artist STAN WINSTON, giving two talks: One with clips and one preluding a showing of his film PUMPKINHEAD.
In addition, Lincoln Center will be showing horror movies all month long, including the three Japanese RING movies.

Tickets are 9.50 per show, and are amazingly enough, not sold out.
