The Sunshine Landmark Theater is showing really good stuff this month.

I'm pissed that I missed this weekend's showing of Reservoir Dogs (Oct. 11-12). Here's the schedule for the rest of the month...

October 18-19: Ghostbusters

October 25-26: Trainspotting

October 30-Nov. 2: Silence of the Lambs

Nov: 15-16: Saturday Night Fever

Nice line-up, Diva. Do you have a favorite from the list?

My buddies and I are going to GHOSTBUSTERS this Friday. Going to rule.

Saturday Night Fever on the big screen.

Now THAT is why I need to move to New York pronto.

Avalon, I'm torn. All of them are worthy movies to see on the big screen again. Ghostbusters and Silence of the lambs are great flicks, but I've seen them so many times already.

I'm leaning toward seeing Trainspotting. I absolutely love that film and it would be great to see it again on the big screen. It's one of those movie that you can't watch too often because it's so powerful you just feel so spent after viewing it.

I absolutely must see Saturday Night Fever as well as I wasn't old enough to see it in the theaters during its original run. I'm so obsessed with that movie. I've gone to the club where they filmed the infamous dance scene several times. It's now a gay club, but they still have the original flashing dance floor.

I'd give anything to see The Neverending Story on the big screen.

No offense, but the idea of running into you guys seems rather... annoying.

I figured that would be your answer. Don't worry, if I did see you I would say nothing.

It's cool. I probally wouldn't like me either.

Way to stand up for yourself, Rath.

I figured that was gonna be his answer, so why fight it?

He's got his opinion of me and I gotta respect that.

Besides, there's a good deal of sarcasm in the post. You just have to know where to look for it.

Whatever...it's cool man.

I might hit up a couple of those movies... if I see you, i'll say hello.

Not that much sarcasm. Just because I know someone from this board doesn't mean I want to ever deal with them in my real life.

I was talking about my response. And I feel the same way.

Wish we had a theater like this in DC.
