According to the article Ann Coulter and Bernie Goldberg have neither accepted nor declined. So the question you asked can't be answered unless she declines. And they have defended their books in many interviews. I've seen both on Hardball and many talk shows defendng what they wrote.
I hope they do debate, I'd watch.
