Pro Race Driver.. first impressions.

Really great control for a racing game, not "too" simmy as to make it too hard to play.

The RPG aspects are kinda nice.. only played through the first few series, so I've only had a chance to try out a few cars.. but those waiting for the "next" big racing game, it's here.

Great review Dan. I find the handling to be far superior to GT.. its a little more forgiving and really allows you to take lines smoothly at high speeds, places I would of found my self wincing in GT have me looking like a pro driver in, umm Pro Driver.

I hope the rest of the game (and cars) hold up to my first impressions.

All in all, this is the real GT killer for touring car fans.

It's the inclusion of a Story Mode that floors me. Now that's cool.

Was racing some more, this time in a WRX

and it's the Racing that will floor you

the control is THAT tight

Does the American version have the Aussie V8 Supercars in it ?

Have any of you guy tried them out yet ? The Oran Park and Eastern Creek circuits are only 30 minutes or so from my house. Oran Park is a great circuit.
