Broken Sword 3

When I got invited by THQ to check out their lineup, this was the game that stood out to me. It looked fucking ace, but also had some seriously cool RPGing. I only briefly played BS1, so I don't know how good the others were, but is anyone else looking forward to this?

*raises hand*

Loved the first BS to death. Only managed to play part of the second one because for some reason, the game wouldn't play the second disc but what I did play was just as good.

I'm looking forward to this one, cause even if it's not straight point'n'click, I love me some good old-fashioned adventure game. I'm not totally sold on the graphics though, but as long as the game engine is good that won't be a problem.

I seem to remember that Revolution Software had another game planned called Good Cop; Bad Cop, that was in the same vein but with a more gritty/noir aspect. The hero was a dead-ringer for Brad Pitt. Wonder if this one's still in development.

I'm very eager to play this one. I love adventure games, and thosse are so rare these days (then again, Full Throttle 2 is also being made right now...)

"Does this red nose mean anything to you?"
BS2 wasn't quite as good as the original, but I do look forward to a BS3. News of this plus a new Full Throttle should mean some great games in a genre I was afraid was falling by the wayside. I'm a sucker for a great adventure game.

I know Voltes was hankerin' for more info on Broken Sword 3. But who knows where that lovable scamp gets to these days?
