Whats your vote. I personlay am not a big fan of sports games because they get boring to quickly and only good with other people. Atleast thats what I think.

Hate them. But I want to like them. I consider myself to be a very good player at all variety of games except sports games. In college I played NHL 96 everyday for a year, I only beat someone once. For some reason I just cannon grasp them.

I like over-the-top sports games, like NBA Street, NBA Jams, and some soccer games. But other than that, I'm an all action-adventure kind of guy.

I think NBA Street is the only sport game I actually like.

Nope, just about the only kind of games I don't like, although the Tony Hawk games kick all ass.

HATE them, 'course I hate all pro sports so what do I know?

I really like them but they do get old playing by yourself. I'm hoping that the online play will change all that.

I'll be getting NFL Fever 2003 to play on line as part of the beta test package and I have a buddy that has a PS@ and we're going to get 2K3 to play online.

Love them but don't play them too often.

It really depends. First, I'm a huge fan of NHL 2002 as well as Joe Montana Football for Sega and NFL BLitz. Those would be my top 3 favs, with RBI baseball on NES in a distant forth.

Anyway, if a sports game is fast and fun, I'lll like it (I played NBA 2k2 with some friends recently and really enjoyed it). But, if sports games are slow "simulations," I can never get into them. I have NEVER gotten into the whole Madden franchise. It just moves too slow for me. Blitz has spoiled me. If my football players can't catch on fire and kick the crap out of each other, then it's just not worth it.

And Tony Hawk goes without saying, but I don't really consider those sports games as... well... they're so exaggerated that they fail to be real sports... know what I mean? Of course, that's what makes them fun.

Love hockey and football. Others not so much. I seldom play against the computer, pretty much always with buddies.

NBA2k2. Love. NFL2k1. Love.

Haven't really gotten into any others. I'm sure I'd like the newer 2k games, but I only need one sports game per sport per console, and the last console I bought was my Dreamcast.

Madden I don't really care for, the running game and the way the blocking sets up just pisses me off for some reason.

Not into sports games myself, only exception was some of the old top-down view football games like Kick Off 2 on the Amiga, which I got addicted to for a while. But those things were more like playing a game of marbles than proper sports.
