Kylie won't go topless for Playboy

Kylie Minogue has turned down an offer of £1.2 million to pose nude for Playboy magazine.

The star, who is worth £27 million, says she will never pose topless because "it's not for her".

But she says she's considering a £1million offer from the Sultan of Brunei to sing at a private birthday party for his son.

"It's quite nerve-racking because it would be a private performance in front of a few hundred," Kylie told the News Of The World.

She adds that she's also considering several film scripts which have been sent to her.

"I'm really happy at this stage with my life," she said.

"I'm going to start rehearsing for my tour later in the year. I've also had a few film scripts sent to me, so who knows?"

I can't believe people in the US are starting to go for "The Budgie" as we call her here in Australia. She has been hanging around the Aussie charts like a bad smell for the last 15 years or so.

I'd like to formerly apologise on behalf of all the people of Australia for inflicting this pestilence upon the rest of the world.

But hey, we had to prove that we can manufacture talentless miming bimbos just as good as the rest of the world can.

Actually the popularity of the Crocodile Hunter stuns us here in Australia. Here he's not all that popular...but in the US he seems to be huge !

Most of us here just look at him and think "what a dickhead".

I'll stand up for Steve Irwin all the time. I know he seems a bit weird sometimes, but he has a genuine love for animals and I dig that totally. There was one episode I saw when they saw some beached whales, and they couldn't get them back to see, and the dude was in tears. I just really kinda respected him for showing that kind of emotion, which is still kinda rare. I love nature shows in general, and his are fun to watch.

I think the Crocodile Hunter shows popularity are akin to watching Nascar...everyone's really there to see the wrecks. When you're watching Steve handle the most venomous snake in the world, you're secretly waiting to see if it bites him in the face or not.

"Goh! She's a bit grumpy! But that's my fault! My fault!"

I do agree with you though, Jango. He does honestly love all wildlife, and I respect him for that. And it's fun to watch him be goofy too.

Yeah have to agree there - he is very passionate about his work.

He used to be on TV here back around 1993 but then he dissappeared until last year when a network here decided to give him another try.

So after a almost 10 year absence on TV in his own country I'd have to say his popularity is all down to you guys in the US.

Well, I suppose I should have known we weren't talking about Kylie Bax.

As for Cammy, is there anyone who hasn't seen her ya-ya's before? I didn't think so.

And as you can see, Kylie will always be Jean-Claude's pigtailed sidekick Cammy to me...
