Jennifer Connelly's Pendulous Breasts Got Her `Beautiful Mind' Role

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- Actress Jennifer Connelly is getting something off her chest: She claims she got her role in "A Beautiful Mind" because of her breasts.

Gossip reporter Baird Jones claims Connelly is telling friends that Ron Howard cast her in the film to thank her for going topless in the 1997 film, "Inventing The Abbotts," which he co-produced.

It wasn't her "breast" role. Sources say Connelly has a hang-up -- or "hang-down" -- about her pendulous boobs, which are in freefall despite her rising career.

According to Jones, Howard was so "guilty and sorry" about making Connelly bare her breasts that he cast her in "A Beautiful Mind," as an apology and because he knew she would make sacrifices for the role.

Nah, Most of the time when women lose weight the boobs are the first thing to go. She lost a lot of weight so she lost a lot of boob.
