Streisand Lashes Out At Bowie

Renowned diva Barbra Streisand lashed out at David Bowie when he pronounced her name wrongly.

She allowed some of her private film footage to be used for a American Movie Channel cable documentary Hollywood Rocks The Movies - The 70s because her hero Bowie was narrating the show.

Whenever the singer saw the final cut of the film, she was horrified to hear her beloved icon pronouncing her name "Strei-sen" instead of "Streis-sand." The upset star then demanded the rocker go straight back to the studio and
re-record her name correctly.

Excuse me while I don't give a fuck how her name is pronounced. Strei-sand or Strei-san, it's still the same ol' rancid shit.

Yeah, but isn't that just how David Bowie talks? With his accent, he'd be inclined to accentuate the 2nd syllable. Yep, poor dave.
