Some of the pieces:

Here's a basic description:

Your heart pounds in your chest and you are finding it very hard to breathe. The zombies are everywhere and seem quite intent on making you lunch. With so many of them, it's hard to tell if the scraping footsteps and moaning are down the hall or just around the corner. One thing is for sure, they are too close for comfort, you are almost out of bullets and your luck seems to have just about run its course!

Zombies!!! puts you in the middle of the action as you try to escape the ever advancing zombie hoard. Players must use a combination of wits and brawn to be the first to the heliport and certain escape. The only problem is, the zombies are everywhere, they appear to be very hungry and your opponents would really prefer if you didn't escape.

The game, for two to six players, features an ever changing map and an ever-growing army of the undead. Players take turns playing map tiles, placing zombies, running furiously, fighting and generally creating havoc for the opposition. Combined, this makes Zombies!!! a different game every time you play it.

Anyone play this game? It is one of the most fun multi-player boardgames I've played in ages, and really lets you be mean to friends while capturing the feel of a movie like Dawn of the Dead.

Much more fun than Maul of America, IMHO.

Have no clue what I am talking about? <a href="http://www.twilightcreationsinc.com/zombies/" target="_blank">Click Here</a>

I love this game! One of the guys in our gaming group brought it to a game day once and it was a blast. It takes a really long time to finish, but it is such a great game, you don't even notice.

And Maul of America is another great game too.

Wow that game looks really fun! Is it easy to play?

It is ridiculously easy to play, and a lot of fun, too. I would recommend it. Put aside at least 2 hours for it, though. But worth the time spent.

Well it's certainly cheap enough to buy. I just may check it out.

And for a fun RPG experience, may I recommend:

Enter the dark world of survival horror. The Dead walk among us. This role-playing game allows you to play in a world infested by the walking dead. The main rulebook includes rules for character creation, combat and everything else you need to play in a world of survival horror. Also detailed are the multiple campaign settings so you can customize the type of "deadworld" you wish to explore.
The opening fiction piece is very Romero-esque, but the campaign settings allow you to do more than simply replay NOTLD. There are also two supplements -- Enter the Zombie (Hong Kong action films meet the living dead) and the self-explanatorally titled Pulp Zombies. Good stuff.

I think I'm gonna buy this as soon as I confirm that I'm not winning it in the zombie contest. Looks like a fun party game.

Yeah, I'm definately gonna have to get that game, along with the survival guide, if I don't win it. I think the DVD might be the thing I would like to win the least.

I did win it, and the consensus here is that it owns.

I've been wanting to play this for a long time, and after reading this, I think I'm just gonna have to pick it up. If I'm not mistaken, there's a new expansion out for it also. So let's kill zombies and listen to some Midnight Syndicate.

Zombies is a bad ass game. Once the tiels are laid out, the game turns into you trying to screw over everyone else playing. So much fun.

I nearly claimed the total victory at Zombies!

I was on pace to kill my 25th zombie as I boarded the chopper, when the other players started throwing zombies at me by playing what they had left in their respective hands. So I killed 25 zombies, while being one space away from escaping.

Also, the same game bore witness to the most intense battle of Rock, Paper, Scissors in the history of western civiliization. All disputes, about the interpretation of game rules or otherwise, ought to be resolved this way.

We always solved Shadowrun and D&D quarrels by virtue of a 6-sided die. 1-3 = yes, 4-6 = no. or 1-2 = A, 3-4 = B, 5-6 = C...

Geeks, the lot of us.
