I've been to Iowa City many times and loved every trip. My daughter is a graduate Hawkeye. Yep, been to Ames, too. Cool place. I wish I could of had the chance to get to Madison County before someone burned down that magnificent bridge. Wear your state proudly!

I lived in AZ until I was a senior in high school. I love Ames. I love ISU. I hate the state.

Don't know whether to say I'm sorry or to buy you a drink...
But Sean, you are no longer the lone Iowegian. I, RepairmanTom, are prepared to admit I live across the river from Omaha, Nebraska, yes indeedy in Omaha's ugly stepsister of a city, Council Bluffs, Iowa. But at least there's an adult bookstore or two

yay go iowa. actually iowa sucks. i go to dowling CATHOLIC high school. not proud...i just make the most of it.

I was born in Iowa, and spent the first sixteen years of my life there. Currently I'm residing in Florida.

All in all I miss Iowa, or what I remember of it. Most of my extended family is still there (or in the surrounding states).

You'll be wrong in the near future. I'll be moving to Sioux City pretty soon. Right now I'm living in Vermillion, South Dakota, which is only about 25 miles away from SC, but I head in about every weekend to hang out with friends.
