I don't know what you guys schedule is like this Friday, but I'm going to take a morning sabbatical and catch Minority Report. Anyone want to go?
Can I call you Thursday night to confirm yay or nay?
Thread Starter
Yep.
No, I will be at the j-o-b.
Damn you. Both.

You'll be missed...I'll put a cut out of Joe Montana in a seat in your honor.
Anyone seen 'One Hour Photo' yet?
Thread Starter
Nope...would love to, of course. I'll even wear pants.
Sounds like a good idea gentlemen...

Somebody grab Shelby.

Thursday or Friday would be best for me. Saturday and Sunday I'm launching a ground assault on Fort Worth so I'll be kind of busy.
Figures. All you fuck sticks plan a gathering AFTER I leave.
Thursday or Friday, Logan? I can do either. Right now it's only at the Inwood. Don't know if that'll change come Friday.
Thread Starter
Inwood smells funny...but I'll suffer for you, bastardo's.

Oh and BUMP
Is it opening to more theaters soon? Where is it in its cinematic run right now? Seems as though it was coming, then it was release in limited form,... not in decline yet, is it?

Fandango (never reliable until day and date of release) only lists Loews Keystone as a major release venue on Friday...it then lists stranglelands like Fort Worth, Irving, and this Mesquite...

Whatever works best for you guys...I'll be there whereever "there" is.
I checked moviefone, and they don't list Keystone Park, just those other wastelands. Guess we'll have to wait and see...
Ok I swear - wink

I am moving October 5 (and the following week) and I promise!!! Once I get all this stuff done I will meet up with you guys!

Me & kitty have promised each other that we are gonna get together so maybe at the same time....
Hmmm. I could fly up there on a Tues, maybe fly back Fri.
The problem is that all y'all work during the week. Silly people.
Wednesdays work best for me, but let me know, and I'll do my best.
CHUDTEX anyone? Heh. I am game. Let's keep throwing ideas around.

We've been talking it over...thinking early next year...though the Oklahoma chewers are game as well (at least Kid Ego is)...I'm moving from Plano to Little Elm sometime in December to a much bigger facility, so hosting duties could be bartered in exchange for souls, future children, or hookers. But seeing as how Little Elm is the Tattoine of the Metroplex...I also used to work @ Marriott and could possibly get a nice discount on a banquet room at the Quorum in Addison.
Does the banquet room have a full theater and open bar?
I'd offer Houston, but Dallas is more centered for the most "local" people (ie, those that wouldn't have to fly).
Course, since most of us are traveling, BFE doesn't bother me. We might get more attendies to CHUDTejas if all they have to do is worry about airfare, and not hotel rooms as well.
Yes, well, it must be in Dallas. The reason why it must be in Dallas is me. And Shelby.

What other reasons do you need?
Those are good reasons.

Looks like 'One Hour Photo' is playing at Tinseltown in Plano starting tomorrow. Anyone intersted in a daytime showing?

3:20. That the place on the tollway?
Yessiree.
Well, first we use Kitten & Shelby to draw them in...then next year, once they're hooked, we host it in Houston.

Tony - I'll leave the office roundabouts 2:30 putting me there around 2:50 or so...see you there.

Do you have my cell?
What about the good General?
I can't make work-ditching decisions on the day of. I am here until 5:00. You guys go ahead if need be. I will catch you next time. Looks like 1HrPhoto hit in a lot of theaters today. It's in Grapevine now too.

I can hold off to accomodate Logan and his work ethic...not a prob.

Tony?
I appreciate it, but really go ahead. It looks like I will be at the movies tonight due to an earlier plan, and might even be seeing said flick.

I am free this weekend though, for other film purposes, but I am offline all the whole time (no net at home). You guys got my number?
Would you guys prefer Sunday?

Logan - We're gonna go ahead and catch One Hour Photo today...but lets abolutely get together on Sunday and catch something...preferably not VD.

I'll be interested to see what Logan thought of this. The more I think about the more I liked it.
Good, we will talk more about it.

Now is our chance... the weekend approaches. Tony? Let's get a plan togehter before Friday afternoon.

It shouldn't be so hard to get us togehter, it's a shame. Not that I don't flake out from time to time. No blame, just saying.

On that note, let's get a plan in motion for this weekend...

Sunday is fine for me. You guys pick.

Sunday afternoon: SET IN STONE.

As for the flick, are we gonna go to the place off of 75 again? I can then check for showtimes. Is it Cinemark? AMC? I forget...
Er, General, that's like a few months from now.

And the con is cheap. And Hastur may be running one of her bullets*...a very special one we penned together that seriously screws with people.

*Live action 2hr sessions with less rules and more mindfuck.

There's a Loews Keystone Park or Cinemark at Legacy, both off 75.

I am up for Trapped, City by the Sea. I have seen Signs but might do it again, or the double feature. Thing is I am only online for an hour more today (5:00). Let me know what you two think, or call me if its later.
All right, I am out for the day. Call me when you guys can.

Tony? City by the Sea might be interesting...I'd do the double feature as well...can't do Trapped. I'll give Logan a ring...call me anytime on the cell, T.
