Update on the situation:
*We're looking around Valentine's Day, so we can have a Massacre.
*Cap'n Katanga cannot host it like he thought he could...any takers to help? Whether it be crash space for some folks, central meeting place for us all to meet before we paint the town red (with polka dots), or actually throw a party?
*Cirque DuSoleil's Allegria will be in Dallas that weekend (through the 16th), is anyone interested in buying a block of tickets ($45-65 bucks, WELL worth it, we paid 165 for VIP treatment last year for Drallion, but somehow I doubt that'll be an option for some people) to go one evening? There's no such thing as a bad seat in their tents, it's much more intimate than a 3-ring circus.

* I'm still ok with my house being used as the Alter of Sacrifice. We have a sizable backyard, 2 living areas, screening room, nice sized dining area...available crash space is nil, however.
* Bet your ass!!!! I WILL defintely be down for this.

What about Cirque?

Count me in. I have no crash space either, single mother=no money=small apartment.

We're gonna have to see how the Blofeld finances are come February ... but ...

I'm hopin'.

While I'm just down the road, and this sounds like a great deal of fun, there is so much brewing chaos and potential change in my life right now to say more than "maybe, but probably not" at this stage.

But...what about Cirque?

(Seriously, they're coming to Houston, we don't have to go, but if there are several people who want to...and if you've never seen a performance, go out and rent QUIDAM right now...then we'll go in Dallas with you guys. wink )

That's what I meant about 'bet your ass'...yes...calender is clear...book it...scrawl it in caustic paint across thy flank!

OK, I can't do the Thanksgiving thing because I just have too much family stuff to do, but February is a totally open month for me (as far as I know). If something happens here in Dallas I can probably meet up with whoever is here. I probably won't be able to afford the Cirque thing but I could always meet up with people afterwards. Or something.

OMG, if Blofeld was here....I would...I would just, like, die. wink

Actually it is about damn time that I meet my fellow Texans. I have just had so much bad shit happening lately.

Oh, and I would offer up my place but its not that big...

Erm. Um. Hmmm.
Um.
We don't want you to die, Shelby....

BTW, GC & Butane are still unsure about being able to make it due to finaces (busy time for them).

Damn you guys!!! Y'all always plan stuff when the kash will be slow or non-existant! I missed the Austin roady. I am plaining a trip to Brazil in Feb.

Again I guess maybe next time.

Any new talk here kids? It will be February sooner than later...

I'm still in it. Let me know what the plans are, or if anyone needs help with anything.

Somehow, I don't think it'll be Feb.
If we put it off until April, we'll have dependable cars to make it up wink

Jesus...time just kinda crept up on this one. Yeah, Feb is no good for me...My workload this semester is akin to keeping Carrot-Top stocked with cosmetics.

Anywho...lets get this back on track and discuss...Keep an eye on the easterners as they are planning some caligula-inspired events.
