I feel so...shiney and new....

Texas has never really been agreed upon on it's location. Some say midwest, some say west. Texans usually say...well, it's Texas. You've got the South, the North East, The Midwest, The West, and then there's California & Texas.

For the purposes of the boards, though, I brought a flag.

Hmm. Maybe I shouldn't post on 3 hrs of sleep in as many days....

Chicago, the windy city, is the only hub resembling civilisation in the midwest. The board is ours, but we promise not charge tolls for the rest of you. Basically, everything else is just our suburb...ohio, oklahoma, etc.

At least we've got a home now.

I'll see your Sears Tower and raise you with Lockheed Martin, Royal Dutch Shell Chemical & IT divisions, Compaq (spelled without an H or a P), Dynergy, Waste Management, Dell Computers, Texas Instruments, Schlumberger, Reliant Energy, an unfinished SuperCollider (not our fault), Coach industries, BMC Software, ID Software, and NASA. To name a few.

You can, however, take Enron, free of charge. wink

I gladly claim the southeastern Michigan area (encompassing the Detroit and Windsor, Canada area) on behalf of CHUD.

If the Traverse City area (Check your God-given map of Michigan; it's your right hand, tip of the pinky) wants to chime in, your territory is unclaimed.

The Upper Peninsula can fight for themselves. God knows, I wouldn't get between those guys.

Well, knowing DaveB as I do, I believe he's more than capable of overseeing Milwaukee, so I'll stake the flag in the Upper Peninsula, as I'm a native Yooper; as far as Northern Michigan, I say fuck 'em.
