Good one, Rath.

Is that the whole list?

And you like Spy Kids 2? Jeez...

How could anyone dislike "Meet The Feebles"? A pink plush hippo goes on a killing spree!

I don't know... kids today...
I am personally offended that he didn't like Legend.

Tom Cruise covered in glitter, Tim Curry in devil makeup, unicorns, what's not to like?
I think you dont have to write shit like meet the Feebles. Its a givin that the world thinks its shit.
Please, learn to fucking write properly. Why is it so many people in this world are devoid of basic English skills?

I don't think so. I could do with one right now.

The lack of a coherent story or script, for starters. Although Tim Curry was a sight to see, I'll give the movie that. His makeup and performance alone are the the only reasons I even give the movie a look-over every few years.

I seem to remember Bateman hating T3 with a passion.

Check out the special edition. It has 20 more minutes of cut scenes, and fleshes out the story nicely.

Is the thrust of this to point out that Bateman's a lenient, tolerant viewer ? There are worse crimes. Hell, I find something I like in every picture I watch...

Curious.

I'm not terribly lenient but I love "Legend". With the inserted footage it does make a bit more sense, as much sense as something so obviously built around atmosphere can (it is a Ridley Scott movie, after all).

The visuals are to die for, though, and Tim Curry rocks in his role.

And all this despite the fact that Tom Cruise in a mini-skirt makes me want to snicker derisively in a Muttley-esque fashion.

As for "Meet the Feebles", it is what it is. Back in the days when Peter Jackson was only known to potheads and ne'er-do-wells, this was the movie to watch while stoned, and viewed that way, it's absolutely fucking hilarious. I prefer Brain Dead and Bad Taste, but still, "Meet the Feebles" has lots of charm.

And furthermore, "Sodomy" is the greatest musical number ever committed to celluloid. If you disagree, I will come around to your house and kill you. So be warned.
This is still a dumb idea for a thread, because you'd think this site is for people that love movies. I'm not sorry that I enjoy more films than others, I consider myself lucky.

I saw Feebles recently, and the shock value was non-existent due to the constant barrage of ultra vulgar animation that I have seen. That's not to say the film was revolutionary or edgy at it's release, but it's too late for it too make me uneasy so I got bored. Simple enough.

That is an understatement, but I loved Ghostbusters.

You should change your name to Blunt and that post would be the greatest post ever.

Dear Bateman,

Sex and Lucia is high art and a very cool film to boot!
So is Buttman Volume 8.
Pah. Fool. Don't you know it's reverse of the Star Trek law - the odd numbers are the superior installments...

Then you, sir, like Jeebus, are all right with me.

*hands Bateman a Crunch bar*

You...you've earned this.

I find it more entertainig when we pick on Bateman for his more legitimate faults. Taste in movies? I can't comment on yours because I liked the movie Clue. I really liked some of the stuff on your list.

What the fuck am I doing? This is entirely too positive of me.

Bateman, you're a dick.
I'd rather have a "Movies Batman didn't like" thread.
I assume that list would be:
Batman: The Movie
Batman
Batman Returns
Batman Forever
Batman and Robin

Lord knows I hated them.

I think the most horrid thing about this thread is that it's devoted to the likes and dislikes of a non-entity.

The guy likes movies? I thought the only thing he liked was cyber...

Hey you're right!

But this was a thread that is allowable, calling attention to a user's quirks or whatnot. Bateman's a hyperbolizer and a gusher. We all know it.

But Pollock's post, like all of his posts, is a nasty little attack that, had I posted it, would have had you in a glue huffing rage to post in the Threads That Annoy You forum.

Again, a movie fan is hyperbolic in his fanatcism for movie on a fan site.

"Like all of my posts"? Are you tweaking NOW, you greasy, feeble, pill-popping bag o' douche?

From what I've been made to understand, your little site was a maelstrom of ripping on the kid for quite some time - I take one cheesy little shot and you're gonna' run to his defense like you're the ACLU?

Fuck. You.

Hm.. tricky one. Maybe because so many people in this world don't have english as their mother tongue? Or maybe because they're just happy about being able to communicate and don't really give a rat's uncle about spelling and flawless grammar. I don't know... me, I'm just glad I didn't skip english classes to go play videogames or something.

The fact that he squats a lot while not wearing pants.

How's the lurking?

And how's that deal with Mutant Enemy coming along?
Wow. That was the best you could do.

Fantastic. I mean, really.

And who needs to lurk when I get the gist from the kids that hang out there? I mean - they post here too...ever occur to ya'?
