...you're addicted to CHUD!

Whether I'm working on yet another english paper or just crusing the net', I keep finding myself back here at CHUD and its' infamous message boards. I can't help it as I've read so many posts where I've laughed my ass off or found an interesting piece of ass/ I mean information. And after reaching the 400 mark in my posts here, the first time I've posted that many times on any message board ever, I finally realized that I'm addicted to CHUD.

Anyone else find themselves addicted to CHUD?

Yeah, I find myself drifting back here several times when I'm sitting here in front of my computer. I enjoy the comradre here, I think we have a fine group of chewers and that's what makes it nice.

I find that posting on the message boards and reading the other chewers posts help jumpstart my lackluster brain when it can't find its' writing rhythm.

I don't know if I'm addicted, I kind of drift in & out of chewer life. I think it's just that I found a place that actually offers what I need; up to date music, movie, horror news.

When it all began those years ago, I was on CHUD day by day, night by night and minute by minute. Feeling the ever erratic pulse of the Sewer as it gurgled and sloshed by moonlight or sunlight. That heartbeat continues and I still feel that pulse every moment I visit, as it is what draws me back and forth from my existance in that plain called Real Life.

I still visit this place, watching the candels flicker and the lights dim every so often. But the power remains on and I remain here in the dark corner of this place, ever watchful and ever full of boisterous comments every so often.

So yes, I am still addicted, going on three years.

sssppppiiiffttttt! Sucked in and can't get out.

Every once in awhile I have to take several days off to get some work done, though. Those bill collectors keep bugging me.
