I'll be disappearing for a while

I just wanted to say my goodbyes. I'll be leaving for Kazakhstan on the Saturday after next. I'll be gone for a while and most likely will not be posting here, during that time. I will be working on a film called "The Nomad" which is about the huns fighting the jungars. Lot's of sword play, flying arrows, and primitive cannons. It will be an adventure. Hopefully, the good Lord willing, I will make it back in one piece and healthy; loaded with cool stories to share. I do plan to keep a journal this time, which will be cool. So I'll be around sporadicly over the next week and then off on a 20 hour travel time to the former USSR.

Hello from Almaty, Kazakhstan. I got here ok, although I am hearing horror stories of people getting food poisoning in the crew. Being that I am "Barfaphobic", I am quite freaked out at the moment. Other than that, it is beautiful here and the people have been very nice. From the looks of it, this is going to be a really cool movie. More later.
