Ratings?

Ok, since I'm still a newbie (slowly moving away, but still there), can someone explain these ratings to me? Is my 2 star rating good or bad? And what does my weighted score mean? Thanks in advance to any who help.

When you reach 5 Stars you must undergo renewal in the ritual of "Carousel".

Since I've surpassed the "Rating" stage of my Chewership, I am not allowed to directly reply to anyone rated less than 5 stars. Them's the rules!
