How could I have forgotten

I've been registered here just over a year now. Wow, time flies. I've seen the remnants of team django, the rise of I hate Devin/I love Devin, the rise and fall of Star Chamber, and the death of the boobies thread. Tons of new Chud babies, including my own, and lots of new faces. Hell, there are even some people here I like.

So what's the point of threads like this? I don't know. Ask me stuff. Let's talk. Think I'm an ass? Let me know. Want n00dz? Send cash.

Fall of Star Chamber? We're still around, kicking ass and taking names just like we always have been.

Yeah, but you all have been out of the spotlight for a while now. I'm sure you're relieved, too. You were catching serious shit in the beginning. Now Micah gets that.

edit: while SC is still around, you've fallen in the sense that you aren't as prominent as you once were. I meant no harm.

Actually SC is as active as ever. That was the whole point we were trying to make when all the anti-SC threads started. People were complaining when SC hadn't even done anything to complain about. Granted their have been a few instances where people questioned why SC acted the way they did, but for the most part, all the work we do goes unnoticed and has kept the boards running pretty smoothly.

I congratulate you Sammy! One year is quit a feat for anyone to be part of something and I honestly think you are a great contribution to CHUD. I enjoy your posts, you are genuinely respectful to people and their opinions (whether or not they mirror yours) and I wish you many more years here.

Speaking of years, my CHUD account turns 3 in Dec. Damn!

Ok, then. I take it back. I haven't seen the rise and fall of Star Chamber. (Although I did see Tsar Chamber come and go.)

Thanks for the kind words, Diva.

It wasn't an accident. Although it's nice to know when something subtle gets noticed.

Yeah, but I've been away from the computer for several days now. Plus, I missed the whole Devin thread which always boosts people's point totals.

Just wait til I'm back full-time.

with all due respect to your pissing contest, can we focus on me here, please?

Thanks.

I mean, I don't expect 8 pages like Diva's thread or anything, but let's see if anyone out there has something to say about me.

I take it back (again). I have seen the rise and fall of Star Chamber. I was just a little early in announcing it.

JRP, welcome to the boards. I hope you find your stay pleasant. I have been to your small town as well. The summer after I turned 21. Of course, I barely left the quarter. But it was fun. I don't think I'd want to live there, though. Way too hot for my blood.

Sammy, you are a fine upstanding cooze hound. Hope life continues to treat you right!

Hello Sammy and I take it you want to anwer some questions that have been on the minds of chewers.....

If not I'm going to go on my initial assumption

You think they will find Kobe innocent or guilty?

I think Kobe will be found not-guilty. However, I'm not convinced. I like Kobe as a player, and his reputation was clean. I also think it's odd that he would rape someone when he could pretty much have sex with most of the women he comes into contact with.

However, there's a certain amount of entitlement that superstars sometimes feel, and that may have contributed here. I just don't know. I'm glad I'm not on the jury.

What's in the past is in the past. Let it go man. I know I broke your heart, but it's time to move on.
