What did you get, or what did you get someone?

I got my Dad the West Side Story Special Edition on DVD. He loves it, and is watching it as I type. It's awesome that they put the script in there.

I got a Homer Simpson drink cooler (and a bottle opener that says "Mmmm...beer" when you use it) and a Hong Kong Phooey t-shirt. Then we went for a picnic in the park.

Aww, Dan, the rugrat is getting so big! So cute!

I got my Daddy a combination thingie for his truck that does everything but drive the damn thing.

My ex gets absolutely nothing that cost money. When he pays me more child support and quits claiming that I am spending what he does pay me on myself, he'll get things on his wishlist. 'Nuff said (yes, I know I am a bitch). I did, however, help the kids make him presents.

Dan, I have that Homer bottle opener. When I'm drunk, it entertains me for hours. Who am I kidding? It entertains me when I'm sober too!

My grampa has pretty much taken care of us, so I'm calling him today and telling him he's the best. What does an 83-year old need presents for?! wink
