Just kidding, Nick.

But Chewers weren't just getting together in Atlanta this weekend, oh no.

Had the pleasure of hanging out with Dellamorte and Big Black on Sunday, and it was, as expected, a good time.

Andre was decent enough to play host - I'm a dick and showed up empty-handed, a mistake I'll correct in the near future hopefully. We drank a couple beers, watched Dagon, and then Black arrived and we got to the feasting.

Went out for a few games of pool, shared a pitcher, and then watched Spirited Away, a beautiful counterpoint to the first item on the bill.

Two very cool and funny guys. Thanks again for the fun day, fellas. The power of CHUD reveals itself yet again!

Yeah, after I got back from Atlanta I had a little gathering of my own.

We went and watch Transporter then walked on over to "Flat Rock Grille" for some tasty underwater delights.

We waxed poetic about most anticipated movies, Scream (kept my mouth shut on that one.), and infamous cameos of Peter Jackson.

Best of luck on the housing hunt, and anytime you're gonna be in/around Portland be sure to give us a ring; always gonna be up for talk, drinks, films and food. Thanks to Dellamorte for showing Spirited Away, which kicked ass big-time!

The next day as I was watching Dagon I was sorry I missed seeing it with with you two - nice scene with that vagrant's head, haha!

Got the place I wanted. Nice studio space upstairs for laying egg sacks.

See you fuckers soon.

Oh yeah - on the way to the airport, I saw a theater on Sandy (in the Hollywood area, I'm fairly certain), and the billboard proudly proclaimed "Lovecraft Festival". Had a big Dagon poster on the wall, among others. May want to look that - would be a blast to see that on the big screen.

Yes, the HPL fim festival is a yearly event at the Hollywood theater. Fuck... I've missed it again..
