What are your first names?

I'm not gonna ask about last names 'cause that's just a little too personal. But what name do the masses call you when you are out in the real world? I'll go first as usual: Lunie. Yeah, that's right. I said Lunie. You can imagine the horror that was my life in gradeschool. Next!

Thank you. My mom claims she made it up.

Out of curiosity, I've been searching for other people with my name. A friend claimed he saw someone working at a KFC once with "Sabrica" on the name tag, but it was unsubstantiated.

When I registered for AOL IM, they said sabrica was taken, which is rare (My ID is sabricab if anyone wants to chat sometime). I almost always just use my first name whenever I register for something because it's almost never taken.

I contacted two people with "sabrica" in their AOL user name. One person was a Sabrina and the "ca" part came from her last name, and the other was a boy from India whose nicknmae was "sabby." I can't remember how that translated into "sabrica" but I remember that he said that was not his full name.

Wow, I'm learning more about you people than I expected. I had no idea that Jackass Movie Stalker is a woman. Or that Diva had such a pretty name, or that there are at least two Daves on this board. This is great. Keep 'em coming guys.

My teacher calls me Kmooch...I guess that's interesting.

Is there anyone here that dislikes their name? I've always hated Charles. People call me Charlie, and I like that better, but I still begrudge my parents ever calling me this. I guess I shouldn't, cause it's my dad's name too, but i just can't stand it.

My name is LUNIE. Yes, I hate my name. But, I have hade it for 25 years, so it's a little late to do anything about it. Worse than that I am the third. My father and my grandfather shared my name. My mom wanted to name me John Wesley, but at the last minute my dad came bursting into the delivery room and said three words that would forever change my life. "Name Him Lunie!" The rest is history.

There are some who call me...Tim.

I usually look at them funny, because it's not my name.

Michael Ashleigh, but I go by Mickey.

Anybody starts singing that song by that demented cheerleader, and I'll bite them.
If anyone started calling me Mickey, i'd unbirth them.

Being british and getting called 'Giles' wasn't such hot shit in the 80's. Now ? Now it still grates...
Well, technically the 70's but you don't start getting beaten up at school til you're around 6, which would be '82.

If only Buffy had come along 10 years sooner.

My friends call Brian; at least when I can hear them. No telling what they say when I'm not there. It's common, but ok, i guess.

I've actually had people ask me about that, even though I am far too old for that to be the case.

People call me Bastard, Asshole, Shit Head, Fuck Face, etc.

But my mom calls me Brian when she isn't calling me the bastard child of Satan.
