Friend Frustration

It's Spring Break, which was going to be the time when my friend and I were shooting our short film. We wrote the script already, all we have to do now is shoot.

He was in Aspen for the first week, and since he has the camera - and is the co-star - I can't do a thing without him. So he gets back in town, gives me a call, "we gotta start, man, tomorrow." Tomorrow comes, I call him, he says "sorry dude, I made plans." "what? I thought we were starting today. We've only got like 5 days left!" "Sorry dude, I'll call you tonight." He's now pulled this twice.

I have serious doubt this will even get partially made during Spring Break. I hate depending on people who are undependable. Fuck, I hate depending on people.

Hehe, coulda saved yourself the move and just made a film about, Bars, Clubbing and house parties. An indie film in that direction would be much better than the American Pies we have now.

I've been screwed over so many times by people I can't even begin to trust anyone anymore.

That's why I said screw it and put a camera on a credit card so I can shoot something no matter who shows up. I can't even begin to say how frustrating people can be.
