Do any of you know any message boards other than this one where people talk screen writing\writing. For some reason it really inspires me.

The only problem is this board doesn't get enough traffic.

Build it and they will come! wink

Considering only a few weeks ago this board got about 6 people at the most who posted quite infrequently I say this board is steadily building some momentum.

I wish the shitty community college I went to had people who had other interests besides SMACKDOWN!

A little side question. This goes to anyone here who has used or uses Final Draft 5. I've written a lot of my script and now I realized I wanted to change one of the main charecters names. Is there any easy way to do this without going through the whole thing and changing every singe individual word?

not really, search and replace command, same as word programs. You need to do it at least three times, once for the full name, once for the first name when it is alone and once if there are cases the last name is alone. Then, you'll want to go back and make sure you recapitalize the new name when the character is first introduced.

Sweet, thanks. Adam no longer exists, he is now, ABE!

I liked Adam better. Abe just reminds me of Abraham Lincoln.

Adam is my name, so I don't want to use that.
