get all my speakers going at the same time? I try to use surround sound, but I lose sound from some main speakers, and vice versa.

Each speaker works on different settings, but I can't get them all on at once.

Are you trying to play tv (stereo) sound or something that is truly surround sound, e.g. 5.1 channels.

Almost everything on tv is 2-channel stereo or 1-channel mono, meaning no true surround sound is possible. The best you can do is the various mixes with Pro Logic or Pro Logic II.

I got the nifty 5 Channel Stereo on my Onkyo receiver.. works great for music since each speaker is equal in sound.. I use it while watching tv also.. not sure why.. just like how it sounds..

the surround sound settings really are only for watching movies that are Dobly Digiatal, DTS, or even Pro Logic.. but sadly Pro Logic isn't really all that like we used to think it was.. the back speakers are actually mono
