Help!!! Need a tv tuner for my pc

I'm running WinXP and want to get a good tv tuner so I can watch tv on my pc while my fiance watches her shows in the den. I don't want to spend more than $100 if possible. Any recommendations?

I have an ATI TV Wonder board. It does work under Windows XP but has an annoying bug. The TV image always starts out distorted. I change any property on the video (color depth, resolution, etc . . ) and the picture comes in fine. I also keep a Windows 2000 box on my desk for work so I just moved it to there.

I've been looking at the ATI ones on Best Buys website, and they don't have XP as an OS that they work with, it should still be ok though?

And if I have a TV input on my card (GeForece 4 4600) what do I need to watch TV programs then?
