Knew the movie was bad but a "0"? Whoa. Now I have to see it.

Their captions are still "less-than-stellar."

Those captions just make me appreciate the ones I read here even more.

Were they even trying with those screencaps? That DVD review doesn't hold a candle to the stuff here at CHUD. I know the guy hated the movie, but at least go into why. Shit, if Mike Long can give Jackass a serious review, there's no reason you can't take the time to give a decent review to a shit movie. Even if it's mockery, make sure it's GOOD mockery.

That's the shittiest review I've ever read. Just when I thought he was about to actually, you know, talk about the film - that was it. Zero out of ten. I'm of the opinion that if you give something zero, you fucking justify it even more than you would with a 10/10.

I'm not even going to mention the screen caps. I hope IGN is making a mint from those endless fucking ads, because the editorial is going to Hades in a babycart.

IGN is still around?

a better question would be, does anyone care?

You should see their Country Bears review!
<a href="http://dvd.ign.com/articles/380/380607p1.html" target="_blank">http://dvd.ign.com/articles/380/380607p1.html</a>

They gave the movie a 7 and look at this quote:

Quote:
There is no widescreen version available for purchase of the film, and thus the director's artistic vision has been forever lost to the horrible procedure known as pan and scan.
"Director's artistic vision"? Bitch please!

lmao.. They give that a 7 and Ecks a 0.. What a strange world we live in indeed.

Well it did get the coveted 0% Rottentomatoes rating.....

How about we try coming up with alternate captions before the official CHUD review? It could be fun. Here are my pathetic attempts (I don't know how to link photos yet so bear with me:

1st pic: Coming soon to a theater near you: The Anna Nicole Smith Indecency Brigade, guest starring Jack Warden as the new husband..."

2nd pic: Antonio pays back his "spiritual advisor" Battra, for his career advice since 13th Warrior.

3rd pic: "So THAT'S why they call it an Infernus...those Rockstar designers are hysterical"

4th pic: Lucy Liu regretted asking Ray to take her to the extended, interactive edition of Hollow Man.

Talisa Soto: "Julia Roberts? No, I havn't seen her since she flew off carrying Justin Long."

Well, the pics and review are done and in, and you'll see it just as soon as either Nick or Dave posts it.

At that point, I'm starting a new thread without the IGN taint.

i just watched this movie a couple nights ago. yes, it sucked, but it's not a "0". it seems that ign is being fashionable and ignoring objectivity. i'm glad my work firewall blocks their site.

Out of 90 reviews compiled by rottentomatoes.com, there wasn't one positive review. I'd be inclined to say this movie does deserve a 0. IGN is right. There isn't one redeemable aspect of this film, not one.
