Great review. This is one of those shows I kept meaning to start watching but never did. I'll have to check this out.

I"m glad you liked the show, Nick. At first I thought "Great, another cop show with The Commish." Boy, was I wrong. Definitely one of my favorite shows right now, if not ever. I'm pleasantly surprised at how stacked this set is.

Oh, and the Latino John Saxon cap killed me.

the Tears for Fears one did it for me, great review... must order this set from amazon.com, if it doesn't come out here on DVD (we had the show over here, and I loved it)

dammit...I'm trying to save for a condo and I had to read this review.

I sure as hell am interested now. Because of the great review and the fact that I once scoffed at 24...only to be a convert who's enjoying so far season 1 on dvd.

As well...that's really cool that you made a printer friendly version available. I'll leave it in the bathroom and hope the wife picks up on the hint come birthday time.

The show is riveting like a Levi's factory.

So glad someone dug the Tears for Fears caption.

Love the show. I heard the DVDs were cut though (don't know if that's true)

I love the show. My review was intentionally vague, but I really found some of the stuff to be equal to or better than the big screen attempts to do the same.

can anyone who's seen both the tv version and the DVD set please confirm if there are any noticeable cuts to material?

it's bugging me.

There haven't been any noticeable cuts at least. I saw most of season one on television twice and as far as I'm concerned it's all there.
