I just read the Interview. Wow, this guy is funny...

I think the big battle in front of the house with 4000 cuts and 6 Matrix Shots, 120 digital effects and stunts in 15 minutes will be forever in the book of horror as one of the historical scenes in that genre.
oh man, I actually saw (yes i paid to see it) this movie. I was the first one in there. Then about 8 other people came in. Let's just say that when the movie was over, i was the only one left. And this scene didn't help much.

BEST INTERVIEW EVER!!!

OMG, this guy is just the funniest man in the world and I'm afraid he doesn't even know ...

He also inspired me to update my sig ...

Great interview, Heidi. I don't agree with Boll most of the time, nor did House of the Dead agree with me, but it was a good interview nonetheless.

Did you interview him in English or German? If it was English how is his English? Funny accent? I ask 'cause I just can't wait for that audio commentary on the HOUSE OF THE DEAD DVD ...

EGM on Uwe directing a "Bloodrayne" movie-

"Set expectations on low."

Which I think will be the theme of his career.

I shoudl ask him about Bloodrayne

I did half of it in German. The places where his english is screwed up is where I was talking to him in English. My German is about as good as his english! (so I can't really talk) but he has a very thick accent...

I didn't get to interview him for that long.. it was about a 15 minute thing

You guys are so funny! I love it

Who / what is EGM?

John Shirley, the screenwriter for THE CROW and one of my favourite horror authors, is in talks to write the script for Boll's BLOODRAYNE film. He also wrote the script for the second BLOODRAYNE video game so that's how he got involved. Boll & Shirley ... that should be an interesting combination!

EGM-Electronic Gaming Monthly.

Well, my thoughts are, sure, the charming Tyson Letso was in "House of the Dead", but the whole plot and the fact they use that DMX song and 360 camera angles in the commercials....

How can you not have low expectations after that?

Great interview, Heidi! I wouldn't have been able to keep a straight face interviewing him. That and I would've insisted he give me my $8.00 back for sitting through House of the Dead. Keep us posted on any more interviews!

Oh, and as you can see you inspired my new sig as well.
