Countdown to WMD being found

They said Saddam is cooperating. I mean, he will tell us where all these WMD are, right?

Except that this fucking republican senator is SPINNING like mad on CNN - "Maybe he didn't even know where they were!"

If there were any WMD, I doubt whether Saddam would be able to locate them with anything other than an uncertain point of the finger.

However, I'd fully expect the Iraqi Minister of Defence to know where they are located: and he, along with many others, has been remarkably unproductive so far.

Why would Saddam not know? I don't think brutal dictators usually bother with plausible deniability, do you?

I think he might know the general location of his WMD (if he has any), but could he drive you to the front door of the hidden bunker?

I'm not sure.

I certainly wouldn't expect George W. Bush to be able to pinpoint, with GPS efficiency, the locations of US WMD sites.

I don't think W could show you where the West Wing was without help.

At any rate, he should be able to tell us that he had this much biotoxin, this many nuke parts, etc.

Honestly Devin, I seriously doubt whether he can/could.

On the other hand, I'm quite sure that Saddam’s brain operates with all the speed and accuracy of a Cray II supercomputer when he feels like calculating how much money he has stashed away in Switzerland.

It's the one talent that all dictators seem to share.

One can only shudder thinking about what those jingoistic imbeciles presenting FOX and Friends will have lined up for the world tomorrow.

Dumbya will spin more regarding WMD and try to pretend that liberating the Iraqi people and capturing Saddam were the main reason we went to war in the first place. Sadly many people will believe his spin.

If it wasn't deliberate, then it was due to gross incompetence. If that's so, you'd think the US government would be leaving no stone unturned to find out how this could've happened. This doesn't seem to be the case.

What sympathy card? The oh Im a dictator that slaughtered thousands and the graves have been found and even people against the war think Im a shit but I didnt have WMD so dont kill me? I think this is a little far. Bush would really like to find the WMD, but to pardon Saddam? No way. He'd go over there himself and plant some of our WMD for our forces to find before pardoning Saddam so he would tell us where they are.
