Pretty good. I thought the film worked more as drama than a comedy. Kinnear and Damon were great. Kinnear's last scene and almost everything with Seymour Cassel was a highlight. Cher needs to go away though, far fucking away. This is one of the better Farrelly flicks in a while.

I want my own Eva Mendes and Wen Yann Shih for christmas.

God Eva Mendes is scorching. I hope that the weak box office of this movie does not hurt her chances of appearing in more movies. Eva Mendes should be in four movies every year.

Yup, it was hard not to take notice of Eva Mendes. What a cutie pie.

Anyway, I saw this last night, and I think it's a shamethat it isn't doing better. I really enjoyed this one. It was funny and touching at the same time. I think it more comedy than drama, but the drama can't be denied and what is there is great. This is actually a pretty tender movie with a lot of heart. I'm not ashamed to admit that when they were lying on the operating table I was almost ready to cry. But maybe I'm just a bit unstable. Of the Farrely movies I've seen this one is my favorite by far. I wouldn't mind going out and paying to see it again.

GREAT MOVIE!!! MORE PEOPLE SHOULD SEE IT!!!

It's between this movie and Bad Santa for Christmas day. Yeah, I know. Seeing a movie on Christmas is *gasp* sacriledge.

Or is it? I would hope to find a few understanding souls around here.

Hell no there is no shame in seeing a movie Christmas Day, that is why movies open on Christmas Day. And there is certainly no shame in seeing a good movie with Eva Mendes in it on Christmas Day. A present by itself.
