THAT MAN HAS NO DIGNITY.

Also, Clooney's attempted hardman unshaven look in the Perfect Storm.

Russell. The Thing.

No way man! Kurt is one of the few who can actually pull off the adventurous facial hair without looking like a tit. See also Tombstone.

But it's adventurous facial hair, and that in itself is funny, if for unconventional reasons.

I don't know what's funnier- his stache or his chest hair.

There are some superb examples in that movie, especially Orlando Bloom who suits a rugged outdoorsman beard in the same way that a giraffe suits a deep sea diving helmet. You've never seen something so blatantly glued on in your life.

Meryl Streep as the Rabbi in Angels of America deserves a place on this list.

Pretty much, every click of the scrollbar got a laugh out of me. Feels good.

Two things-
1. Evil, as in old-time melodrama evil.
2. Incredibly huge git.

And he plays it so well...

yeah, Nighthawks is classic example of actor experimenting with own look. I read somewhere that Sly was actually trying to pull off the classic Serpico beard/tache combo.

also in that movie, Sly dresses up as a woman not once, but twice. Bruce Malmuth is an expert at making his heroes look foolish (see also "Joy" post above)

I vote for Brad Dourif on the Two Towers Extended Edition featurettes.

How about this character from "Excel Saga"-

His moustache moves around more than he does.
