This is a card game apparently much like "The testimony..." that I picked up on a whim one day in a card store, not knowing anything about it. Best $15 I ever spent on cards. It's B-movie horror movie game--each player's hand is a movie with characters and props, and the other players attack your movie with creatures and special effects.

It has similar cards to the game reviewed on the Corner today : Character cards (with gems like "Nymphomaniac Cheerleader", "The Bookish Girl with No Boyfriend", and "The Guy Everyone Knows Will Get Killed"), Location cards ("Alien HQ", "Sorority House", "Back Seat of the Car"), Creature cards ("Grave Robbers from Outer Space", "Bloodsucking Fiends", "Dracula"), Prop cards ("Chainsaw", "Holy Relics"), and Special Effects ("Cat in the Closet" which negates any monster attack, "Continuity Schmontinuity" which brings a character back who's already been killed in your movie, etc.).

The cards all have great funny quotes on them, running gags through the deck, and tons of evidence that the creators are huge bad movie fans.

Anyway, my friends and I have played this a lot, and it's always a hoot. Look it up if you get the chance. I think it's Atlas games or something.

[Edited title...I assumed incorrectly Mr. Dark had reviewed the game.]
