Ehhh... I don't think many people look at that as a pretty sad list when were talking about games of that quality, especially when you consider the fact that you can't find those games anywhere else.
But in the end, telling people that one system obviously has more quality titles than another is pointless, the quality of a game is a very subjective thing. I think Nintendo has the most top tier games for me, which is why it will be the only system of this generation that I will buy (once Crystal Chronicles is released). But that's just me, others love the GTA games, Gran Tourismo, Crimson Tides etc etc etc...
I love my Sega Saturn (Gaurdian Heroes pwns me), and my Sega Dreamcast (Almost every fighter I could ever want, solid sports titles and Ikaruga just rules). I had no interest in an XBOX (I just can't play an FPS on a console, I did buy Halo for PC though), and the luster of MGS II just died off for me after it finally came out. I've played just about every PS2 and XBOX game of note, and outside of a few instances (Disgea comes to mind), I've never really been tempted by either.
It's been my opinion for a while that for all of a systems titles, theres usually only about a handfull of games that you'll ever go back to years later. Before my GBA SP, I used to break out my PS1 for Castlevania Symphony of the Night, or Final Fantasy Tactics. I used to dust off my SNES for Final Fantasy VI or Super Mario Kart. Hell, after that video, I started to play Mario Bros. 3 on Nesticle (I doubt my Nintendo still works). So my whole perspective on systems is to find the one that I know I'll be playing even after it's lifespan has ended.
But just because that's my opinion doesn't mean that every other systems library is crap.
