Thought I'd let you guys in on two new zombie books that hit the shelves any day now...
THE RISING by Brian Keene - pretty good zombie novel from a guy who writes some of the best new short fiction I've read recently (his No Rest of for the Wicked was terrific and his forthcoming Fear of Gravity is supposed to be just as good). THE RISING is out from Leisure Books in mass market paperback as of Jan 1 (some are seeing it on the shelves already)
RISEN by J. Knight - not as much a straight zombie book in the fashion of Dawn of the Dead the way THE RISING is, this one is a great read from a brand new author that I think will be going places in the future. Thoroughly enjoyed this one. Kensington Books published this one, mass market paperback as well.
