Does anyone else see any glaring similarities between Jeepers Creepers 2 and the kids-trapped-on-bus episode in season two of South Park?

I always thought the plot of JC2 was the same of any made-for-video slasher movie. "Bus on the Edge of Forever" was a GREAT episode, though.

I wasn't bustin' balls. I was trying to make an joke. Too obscure I guess. Remember the episode where everything they tried to do has already been done by the Simpsons?

Incidentally, I haven't seen JC II (or JC for that matter). I didn't read much positive stuff about the sequel.
