Haven't played the demo, but I can't fucking wait for this game, regardless.

It looks like the love child of NBA Street and NFL Blitz.

Looks like fun, but it's gonna have to be one hell of a game to draw me away from ESPN Football.

Well, so far it's a fun game with good graphics. They did a good job with the player faces and facial expressions/mouth movements when guys trash talk. Customizing all of your team members, logo, team colors, team name in NFL challenge is nice. Lots of options.

Here is my main complaint:

THERE'S NO WAY TO CUSTOMIZE ANY OPTIONS IN CHALLENGE MODE????
Why EA, why?
I'd like to turn off gamebreakers, adjust the difficulty level, and maybe turn off the cheap "Catch up logic".

Gamebreakers can't be stopped. If you're on Defense, automatic turnover, if you're on offense, guaranteed score. You can turn them off in reg. games, though.

"Catch up logic"- It's like the midway games when you're up by 30 and all of a sudden you fumble every time and can't stop the CPU. God i hate that shit.

Online: No one's online.

I've played some games online, real smooth. Maybe it's because not many people are online yet, but anyway....

You can play with NFL teams, you can play a pick up game with random players, or you can play with your custom team in NFL challenge mode.

Oh and Challenge mode is a bitch. Damn that catch-up AI.....

So basically all the shit I hated about NBA Street made it into NFL Street.

NBA things that sucked: Why the fuck can't I choose players from a list when starting a game instead of having to make them into a team before hand. This is just fucking stupid!

Gamebreakers: LAME LAME LAME, not fun for me to do, not fun for me to have happen too. Worst idea's ever.

HORRIBLE AI: The game is A too easy on easy mode B computer cheats on any other mode

That's it. The AI can't just simulate a human player, it either has to cheat or just be stupid. That's like the only two choices.

I really wanted NFL Street until I heard it has some of the same annoying NBA Street quriks.

Just 1 on 1 online?

as far as i know, just one on one. Also, now that i've improved my team, games are easier. If you have the game, do yourself a favor and get Shockey. He's a monster in the game.

I created a team with myself and some friends as the players. We're the "Seven Samurai" (naturally, since the game is 7-on-7) but DAMN we suck. There are not many development points at all to use when you first edit your team.

I hope you're able to improve the skill of your created players, because we just lost to the frickin' Lions. The LIONS!

BTW, Nick is the DB and Micah the DL.

So is it worth buying?
Hard to say, so far. It's fun.... but I'm not quite sure about how much replay value it will have.

I have 2 divisions left in challenge mode. It's worth buying as a two player game/ online game i think.
