It started out being about how people hated the multi-colored sig the poster known as "Bunny Dracula" was using at the time. Then it became about how certain people don't like Bunny Dracula at all. I'm not sure how widespread or intense the hatred is. Personally, I find him considerably more tolerable than the idiot teenagers who pollute everything with stupid questions and inane observations written in lame internet abbreviations using illogical grammar and insane spellings (dud, u r dum. LOL!) BD is like a TV constantly buzzing in a corner of your house. You can hear it everywhere and it's only tuned to something interesting once in a while, but it's pretty easy to tune out if you want. As with the TV, I fear I'd sense a strange ... loss ... if he got shut off.

Here's a tip folks. If you don't like Bunny's posts, don't read them. There is a button in your user cp called the "Ignore List" where you can block all his posts from showing up on your screen. Now quit your bitchin already.

There are lots of annoying things sprinkled thoughout our message board. It's interesting to see sometimes, what people will complain about and what they tolerate. I think Bunny Dracula's annoying stuff is very tongue-in-cheek. He knows it's annoying, and that's why it's funny. I think he satires message boards on the message board.

I agree 100%.
It's mostly the internet snobs that hate Bunny. The folks who spend most of their time on the web bashing other geeks for being so nerdy.
Bunny may not be funny most of the time, but he's got a certain innocent charm about him. That makes him aces in my book.
Not that anyone gives two shits about my book.

See, I haven't actually been absent in the least. What happened was that when the new features were implemented, the server ran a "test" and put grendel on everyone's auto-ignore list. I've been posting all along!

In fact...the stuff that I posted that none of you could read was even FUNNIER, more pertinent and more timely than any of the stuff that I had posted before that you all could read.

I think that it is already firmly established that certain Chewers do not care for BD. Fine, no problem, but do we have to beat a dead bunny? The sig has been changed and Diva has suggested a great option (setting up your ignore function). Anyone care to move on now?

There are plenty of people out there who espouse chewer hate, but I thought all was supposed to have changed with the new boards? If you don't care for someone's (BD or otherwise) point of view, then ignore them and move on.

As a side note, I stand firmly on the BD=misunderstood comic genius.

Don't get me wrong...the sig was hideous, but I think it has been slightly exaggerated. As for the smilies, I admit I use them probably more than I should but, like stiffie, I've had people take things I've posted the wrong way simply because I didn't use the appropriate smilie at the end. Better safe than sorry ya know? My use isn't exactly excessive or anything so...umm...I guess I don't really have a point.

Now to add my own Bunny comment...I'm just confused by all the damn bunnies running around here. Trying to keep track makes my head hurt. Am I missing something? Is there a secret Bunny club or something? Maybe some kind of Bunny cult where they all use similar names in order to confuse people to the point that their minds become weak and impressionable. Then before you know it, that member now has a Bunny name and starts chanting the "one of us" mantra.

I don't have a problem with Bunny. He's told me that he plans to keep being cheerfully obnoxious, and I told him that I plan to keep making fun of him. Neither of us have a problem with this. It keeps us both entertained.
