I have to agree. Devin is fun, but he so over the top in the poltical forum that a lot people who share his left wing views run away in horror from some of his rants.

Nick, I'd keep an eye on Doyle Dynamite and NadaDevotchka. Whenever they pop up, they seem to offer either disparaging remarks about one's physical body (see Chud Boobies thread) or beliefs (obviously, see the Religion section).

Thought that from the first time I read one of her(?) posts, but since I fairly new here I did not want to make a fuss.
But attacking Nick, our host here, is like going into somebody's house and the pissing all over their carpet just to show how daring and unconventional you are. That is shitty behavior, and I hope that Nick makes the proper response and Bye Bye Nada.

I just went, out of curiosity, to the douchbags website and it is just pathetic. A textbook example of a bunch of 14 year olds trying to be a shocking as possible until their parents find out what they are doing on the computer.
And I can't belive that anybody would spend the time and energy to a website devoted solely to attacking other websites, Yes, we at CHUD take occasional potshots at AICN and other fan websites, but it's not the main purpose of the site.
I note the people who post there think that a picture of a baby dressed as Adolf Hitler is the height of wit and humor.
I take back everything I have said about how the AICN talkbacks are the lamest and most immature things on the internet. The threads over on Douchbags have them beat by a mile. If I ever reach enough rank here to be attacked on Douchebags or SP, I will wear it like a badge of honor.
All is saw at Scoched Planet were some mindless rants against CHUD and a promise of a future website which will probably be a carbon copy of Douchebags.
God, how pathethic and immature can you get? I am sure that these two websites will show us....
BTW am I right that the guiding spirits and many of the posters at these two miserable excuses for websites are people who have been banned at CHUD?
Any SP trolls who come here should be banned as soon as the evidence is there.

Eh...he is borderline. Creature corner is pretty suited for that movie. Then again if we had people shilling movies in their respective appropriate forums things might get out of hand. What is the ruling on this type of thing. I have a boardgame that I helped design coming out at the end of the month. Is it only appropriate to link it in Shameless Links and Self Promotion or can I put a link in the games section ?

Fright should get a warning and then we will see what happens.
What annoys a lot of us is that it's the same essential post with variations in wording ,that "Murder Set Pieces" is the Gratest fucking Horror film ever made because is has a NC-17 rating for gore. If he wants to talk about the film, fine, but don't try to turn every thread in Creature Corner into a discussion about "Murder" and try to come up with something different to say about.
Question is whether he is a pimp for Palumbo (the filmaker) or a fan boy who has become obssesed with the film to the point of becoming incredbily irritating I am inclined to be more lenient with the latter then the formerm and give them a second chance after a warning to curb their enthusiasm...
