Just bought Gamera 3 Revenge of Iris and I gotta tell ya I was blown away. Now that was a Monster movie. Nothing in the Godzilla universe has ever come close to any of the last 3 Gamera movies. G3 was a little short on action but great story, acting, and dialog. the effects were utterly amazing for a man in suit movie. great mix of cgi also. There were times when I actually believed I was watching two monsters fight. The ending mixing the effects with actors has to be seen to be believed. I haven't seen Gamera 2 Legion yet, but the first movie of the trilogy is also very good.
