Stupid Computer Problems

My computer was working fine yesterday...

Now I turn it on today and it works and all but windows is not giving me any icons or bar at the bottom. Can anyone tell me how to fix this it'd be much appreciated.

You know how to solve computer problems? Get a real computer...IE: an Apple.
