Screenwriter looking to kill script... what do I do?

I put the temporary kibosh on a script I was working on recently because of the need for studying and because it didn't fit what PROJECT GREENLIGHT was going for. But I've been getting a sudden rash of pornstar emails showing interest. Should I work on it again, being that I'm halfway through or should I try my newer script which I have yet to start but will be more fun to write, while also being a more difficult sell?

Yeah, turning down pornstars is definitely the biggest drawback to being a screenwriter.

If your goal is making a living, you have to think about what you know will sell, fun or not.

Art is another story.

I wouldn't let my screenwriting revolve around Greenlight. If you've made it that far through a script you should finish it, especially if it's saleable.

But not if you have nothing more to say in the realm of that particular story.

Obviously if he's lost interest in the characters and the story he shouldn't bother picking it back up, but fuck quitting over Greenlight.
